Khanjanpur is situated at 2 Duanyighat, on the bank of the river Jamuna, one mile west of Khasmahal Kachari. The zamindar of the Sukul family of Natore was comprised of two ana zamindars of Tara Prasad Sukul, so the name of this ghat was called Dwani Ghat. Every year on the occasion of the annual bath, fair is held here and many people attend the fair.

The dighi is located in Mamudpur union of Khetalal upazila of Joypurhat district. Its total area is 23.5 acres. It is believed that the dighi, with a length of 5 feet and 5 feet in width, was excavated some 120 years ago.

The shrine was re-excavated in 122. During the excavation, 12 statues were found and are now stored in various museums in the country. Currently, a paved road is being constructed on the outskirts of Dighi(Pond). The numerous plants and its clear water around the dighi have created a fascinating natural environment that attracts all. Every year, many people travel to this place.
