The project will be implemented over a period of 4 years. The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED)  under the Local Government Division (LGD) will implement the project. The overall work of the project will be implemented through the Project Management Office comprising of officers/employees appointed through regular, outsourcing of LGED under the leadership and responsibility of a Project Director for full time. District and Upazila level Executive/Upazila Engineer of the project area will implement the scheme as per design and specification. Additional Chief Engineer (Division) and Superintending Engineer (Zone) will coordinate the work of the project through the concerned Executive Engineer. The Chief Engineer, LGED, will oversee the overall operation of the project.
