This is to notify you that your Tender received dated 14/08/2013 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Muktijadda Complex Building in Ghior Upazila under Ghior Upazila, Dist: Manikganj Package No.UMC/ Manik / Ghio/13/C-016 under UMC for the contract price of Tk. 1,96,07,556.26 (One Crore Ninty Six Lac Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Six & Paisa Twenty Six only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance

pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.

ii To furnish a Performance Security as a Bank Guarantee or deposit Tk.9,80,500.00 ( Nine Lac Eighty Thousand Five Hundred only) by Chalan on Code No. 6-3731-0000-8391 at Sonali Bank Ltd. Manikgonj Branch, Manikgonj as Performace Security against the said within Seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19/09/2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.

iii. To sign the Contract within Fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19/09/2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 40.1

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you. You will Submit a Work plan with the contract agreement.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
