Package No: PEDP-III/CXB/RAM/2011-12/W2.0037 for the Contract Price of Tk 1,34,33,412.36 (One Crore Thirty Four Lac
Thirty Three Thousand Four hundred Twelve Taka Thirty Six Poisa
only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to
Tenderers, has been approved by Additional
Chief Engineer, LGED, Dhaka.
You
are thus requested to take following actions:
(i) accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1
(ii) furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 6,72,000.00 ( Six Lac Saventy
Two Thousand Only ), within fourteen (14) days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than (03/10/2013),
in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
(iii) sign the Contract within Twenty One (21)days
of issuance of this Notification of Award
but not later than (13/10/2013), in
accordance with ITT Sub Clause
69.2.
You may
proceed with the execution of the Works Construction of Additional Class room ( Horizontial Ext.) for Nijerpara
Reg. Primary
School, Kalar para Govt. Primary School
& Dechua palong Govt. Pri. School. Including Furniture
Supply Under Ramu Upazila, Dist: Cox’sBazar only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract
which shall become binding upon
