Notification of Award

This is to notify you that your Tender Dated 23/05/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of 51.00m RCC Girder Bridge over Alai river on Gaibandha –Saghata R&H (Fulbari) to kalir Bazar via Chuniakandi road at ch: 1+550km, Road ID No- 132242013 under Gaibandha Sadar Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha, Tender No. 32/2011-2012, Package No. IRIDP/GAI/W-127 for the contract price Tk.1,82,26,586.44 (Taka one crore eighty two lac twenty six thosuand five hundred eighty six and paisa forty four) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by compentent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

(i) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven(7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.

(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the amount Tk.9,11,330.00 (Taka nine lac eleven thosuand three hundred thirty) only within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not leter than 08/07/2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.

(iii) Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notifications of Award bu not later than 12/07/2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1.

You may procced with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall consititute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
