This is to notify you that your Tender dated 30/05/2012 for the execution of the Works for Const. of Additinnal class room for Kamalpur, Char Kurulia, Babulchara GPS (Rural) including furniture Supply. under PEDP-III/PBN/ISH/2011-12/ W2.0754 for the Contract Price of Tk. 98,32,273/79(In Words: Ninety Eight Lac Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Three taka & Seventy Nine Paisa) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer,LGED,Head Quarter,Dhaka

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT

Sub-clause 63.1.

ii Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 4,95,000/= ( In Words :

Four Lac Ninety Five Thousand Taka) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 16/07/12 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii Sign the Contract within twenty one (21) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 30/07/12 in

accordance with ITT Clause 69.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction of Vertical Extension of Dashuria GPS including Sanitary Latrine, Tube-well, Electrification & Furniture Supply only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
