Adiditional Class Room For primary School (Rural)
including Furniture Supply & construction of toilet of (i) CHENERCHAR NORTH REG.
PRIMARY SCHOOL ii) BENUAR CHAR GPS (iii) CHANDANPUR GPS and package no.
PEDP-III/JML/ISL/2011-12/W2.0118 for the Contract Price of Tk. 107,16,241.41(tk. One core seven lac sixteen thousand two hundred forty one and paisa
forty one only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila
Engineer, LGED, Upazila:Islampur,
District: Jamalpur. |
You
are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing
the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance
pursuant to
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 5,35,812.00 (Tk.Five lac thirty five thusand eight
hundred twelve only) ,within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this
Notification of Award but not later than
25-06-2012 in accordance with
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of
issuance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 05-07-2012, in accordance with
You may
proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the
above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract
which shall become binding upon you.
