for the execution of the Works for Construction of
360.00m PC Girder Bridge over Katakhali River on Bonarpara UP H/Q –
Ramnagar Bazar Road at ch.4025m; Road ID No.132883020 under Saghata Upazila,
District: Gaibandha.(2nd call)
Package No: LBC/Gai/11-12/ 01 for the Contract Price of Tk
21,83,46,839.51 (Twenty
one crore eighty three lac forty six thousand eight hundred thirty nine & Paisa
fifty one), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions
to Tenderers, has
been approved by the component authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working
days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
furnish a Performance
Security in the form as specified and in the amount of
Tk 2,18,35,000.00 (Two
crore eighteen lac thirty five thousand only) ,within fourteen (14) days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 10-07-12
in accordance with
iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight
(28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 12.07.2012, in accordance with
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
