This is to
notify you that your Tender dated 23.05.2012 for the execution of the
Works for (a) Const. of Additional Class room (Hori. Ext.)
at Narainpur RNGPS including
Furniture Supply, (b) Const. of Add. Class room (Vert.
Ext.) at Khayergaon RNGPS including Furniture Supply
& (c) Const. of Add. Class room (Vert. Ext.) at Bhulagonj RNGPS including Furniture Supply (Package No.
PEDP-III/SLT/COM/2011-12/W2.0878) under Third Primary Education Development
Program (PEDP-III) for the Contract Price of Tk.1,10,10,039.58
(One Crore ten lac ten
thousand thirty nine & paisa fifty eight only), as corrected and modified
in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by approving authority vide memo
no.LGED/PEDP-III/D-05/2012(Part-34)/3591 dated.24.06.2012.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance pursuant to
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 5,50,600.00 (Five lac
fifty thousand Six hundred only),within fourteen (14) days of acceptance
of this Notification of Award but not
later than 19.07.2012, in accordance with
iii.
sign
the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of
Award but not later than 03.08.2012 in
accordance with
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for
your perusal and signature.
