This is to notify you that your tender received dated 18-04-2012 for execution of the Improvement of Rahimanagar-Nalua Bazar-Darveshganj-Ragunathpur GC (Kalachow-Shadipura M.A Khalak Mamorial High School) road from Ch. 8590-10515m Under Kachua Upazila.(T-18/2011-12, Package No. IRIDP/Cdp/W-88) for the Contract price of Tk. 1,38,97,000.00 (Tk. One Core Thirty-Eight Lac Ninety-Seven Thousand Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instruction to Tenderers has been approved by the competent Authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. Accept in writing the Notification of award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(3).

ii. Furnishing a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 6,95,000.00(Taka Six Lac Ninety-Five Thousand Only) (Minimum Validity period up to 28-02-2013) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of Notification of Award but not later than on 18-07-2012 in accordance with PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(7).

ii. Sign the Contract & Submitted work plan within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than on 25-07-2012 in accordance with PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(11).

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this notification of Award shall constitute of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all others documents for your perusal and signature.
