This is to notify that your tender
dated 30-05-2012 for the execution of the works for Construction of Additional
Class room including Furniture Supply for a). Hosenpur Reg. Pry. School, b).
Sanandabari Sabuspara Reg. Pry. School, c) Uttor Nimaimary Community Primary
School under
Dewanganj Upazila, District Jamalpur.Package
No:- PEDP-III/JML/DEW/2011-12/W2.0115 price of Tk. 1,18,77,877/33 (In word One Core Eighteen
Lac Seventy Seven thousand Eight hundred Seventy Seven & Paisa Thirty Three)
only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers,
has been approved by the competent authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i. Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within
seven (7) days of its issuance Pursuant
to ITT
Sub-clause 45.
ii. Furnish
a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 5,93,894/=
( Five
Lac Ninety Three thousand Eight hundred Ninety Four only) within fourteen (14)
days
of issuance
of this Letter but not later than 23 July,2012
in accordance with ITT Clause 46.1.
iii.
Sign the contract
within Twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than in
6th August/2012 in accordance with ITT clause 47.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the works for Construction of
Additional Class room including Furniture Supply for a). Hosenpur Reg. Pry.
School, b). Sanandabari Sabuspara Reg. Pry. School, c)
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents
for your perusal and signature.
