your Tender dated 21/05/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of
Additional Room for Kunda Noyapara
RNGPS, Rampur RNGPS and Purbobag GPS Including Furniture Supply, Package No: PEDP-III/BRB/NAS/2011-12/W2.0195 under Third Primary Education Development Program(PEDP-III) for the Contract Price of Tk
1,11,79,806.50 (Tk. One core eleven lac seventy nine
thousand eight hundred six point five zer only) as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved
by Upazila Engineer, LGED, Nasirnagar,
Brahmanbaria.
You are thus requested
to take following actions:
i) accept in writing the Notification of Award
within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to
ii) furnish
a Performance Security in the form as
specified and in the amount of Tk 5,59,000.00 (Tk. Five
lac fifty nine thousand only) within fourteen (14)
days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 08/07/2012 in accordance with
iii) sign
the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of
Award but not later than 22/07/2012 in accordance with
You may proceed with the
execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also
please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of
