This is to notify you that your Tender dated 23-05-2012 for the execution of the Works for “Re-Construction of additional rooms for Bagha-2 GPS including Furniture Supply(PEDP-III/SLT/GOL/2011-12/W2.0291) for the Contract Price of Tk.: 5849247.46 (Fifty Eight Lakh Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven Taka & Forty Six Paisa Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Additional Chief Engineer (Maintenance), LGED, Agargaon, Dhaka, Memo No. LGED/PEDP-3/D-05/2012(Part-40)/3785 & dated 01-07-2012.

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

         i.            Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

        ii.            Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.: 300000.00(Three Lakh Taka only), within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 06-08-2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

      iii.            Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 13-08-2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

 

We attach the Draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 23-05-2012 for the execution of the Works for “Construction of additional rooms for  Nischintho & Lama Chandarpur GPS including Furniture Supply(PEDP-III/SLT/GOL/2011-12/W2.01269) for the Contract Price of Tk.: 11809621.93 (One Crore Eighteen Lakh Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty One Taka & Ninety Three Paisa Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Additional Chief Engineer (Maintenance), LGED, Agargaon, Dhaka, Memo No. LGED/PEDP-3/D-05/2012(Part-40)/3785 & dated 01-07-2012.
