This is to notify you that your Tender received dated 19/06/2012 for the Work: Improvement of Dhulondi-Baliakhora-Pacharkanda bazar-Shingjuri UP road ch. 5934-6900m (ID No. 356223005) under Ghior Upazila, Dist: Manikgonj Package No. GDP-II/MAN/Ghi/W(R)-12 under GDP-II for the Sum of Tk. 53,88,740.10 (Fifty-three Lac Eighty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fourty & Paisa Ten only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Executive Engineer LGED, Manikgonj.
You are thus requested to take
following actions:
i Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance
pursuant
to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.
ii Furnish
a Performace Security
in the amount of Tk. 2,69,500.00 (Taka Two Lac Sixty-nine Thousand Five Hundred only) by Chalan on Code No. 6-3731-0000-8391 at Sonali Bank Ltd. Manikgonj
Branch, Manikgonj within Seven (7) working days of acceptance of this
Notification of Award but not later than 08/08/2012
in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.
iii. Sign the Contract within Fourteen
(14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 08/08/2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1
You may proceed with the execution
of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note
that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this
Contract, which shall become binding upon you. You
will Submit a Work plan with the contract agreement.
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal
and signature.
