This is to notify you that your Tender dated 16.05.2005 for the execution of the work for Re-Construction of Hasanpur RNGPS & Bordhon para GPS in/c Furniture Supply (Package No-PEDP-lll/MMN/Gou/2011-12/W1.0128.) for the contract price of Tk.1,17,17,239/25 (One Core Saventeen Lac Saventeen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Nine & Paisa Twenty Five) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instruction to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer (Maintenance),LGED, LGED Bhaban (3^rd Level). Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar,Dhaka-1207, Vide Memo No.LGED/PEDP-3/d-5/2012(Part-61)/4081, Dated on 16.07.2012.

You are thus requested to take following action :

l) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to lTT-sub-Clause 63.1.

ll) Furnish a performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk5,85,862/-(Taka Five Lac Eighty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Two) only . Within fourteen (14) days of accordance of this Notification of Award but not later than (04/08/2012) in accordance with lTT sub-Cluse 65.

lll) Sign the contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than (18/08/2012) in accordance with lTT sub-Cluse 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notrification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
