Package No. PEDP-II/BRG/DHU/2011-12/W2.0724 for the Contract Price of Tk . 26,90,298.43 (Taka Twenty six Lac ninety thousand two hundred ninety eight & Paisa forty three ) Only ,as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Upazila Engineer, LGED, Dhunat, Bogra..

You are thus requested to take following action :

to proceed with the execution of the works on the basis that this Notification of Award only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that which only become binding you furnishing a Performance Security amount in Tk.23,900.00 ( Twenty three thousand Nine hundred) Only within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with ITT Clause 32, and signing the Contract Agreement within twenty-eight (28) days in accordance with ITT Clause33. The performance security (Bank guarantee /BD/ Pay order) should be in the form of Bid document under Form W-5.

We attach the Contract Agreement and Particular Conditions of Contract for your perusal and signature.

Please note that failure to comply with requirements mentioned above shall constitute sufficient grounds for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the tender security.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 04-09-2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
