This is to notify you that your Tender dated 03 -05 -2012 for the supply of goods and related survices PEDP-3 Under Construction of Aditional Class room (Horizontal Extension with Inculding Furniture Supply) of (a) Paschim Gazipur RNGPS(b) West Pasharibunia GPS, Package No- PEDP-III/ PRJ/ BHA/ 2011-12/W2. 0915 for the Contract Price of Tk.11908167.52 (in words One Crore Nineteen lac Eight thousand One Hundred Sixty Sven and paisha Fifty Two Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers is hereby accepted by the Authority.

You are requested to proceed with the execution of the Works on the basis that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of a Contract, which shall become binding upon you furnishing a Performance Security 5% of Taka. 595410.00(Taka Five Lac Ninety Five thousand Four Hundred Ten only) within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with ITT Clause 50, and signing the Contract Agreement within twenty-one (21) days in accordance with ITT Clause 51.

We attach the Contract Agreement and Particular Conditions of Contract for your perusal and signature.

Please note that failure to comply with requirements mentioned above shall constitute sufficient grounds for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the tender security.
