This is to notify you that your Tender dated : 10/06/12 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Additional room for Nandeshwari GPS, Boro Narayonpur GPS & Palli GPS  Including Furniture Supply. Package No : PEDP-III/DHK/DHA/2011-12/W2.0056  for  the Contract  Price of Tk. 1,16,28,582.36 (One Core Sixteen Lac Twenty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Two Taka & Three Six Paisa) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by  Upazila  Engineer, LGED, Upazila Dhamrai, District, Dhaka.

You are  thus requested to take following actions:

i.          accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance

            pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

 

ii           furnishing a performance security in the form as specified and in the amount of  Tk 5,81,429/- (Five Lac Eighty One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Nine) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than Date 11/09/12 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

 

iii.         Sign the Contract within twenty eight  (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award

but not later than  Date 25/09/12 in  accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2

 

You may proceed with the execution of the Works  only upon  completion  of the above tasks, you may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract  which  shall become binding Upon you.

 

We attach the draft Contract all other documents for your perusal and signature.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated : 10/06/12 for the execution of the Works for Reconstruction of Teligaon GPS & Gorugram GPS Including Furniture Supply. Package No : PEDP-III/DHK/DHA/2011-12/W1.0069  for  the Contract  Price  of  Tk. 1,17,71,597.00 ( One Core Seventeen Lac Seventy One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Seven Taka & Zero Paisa) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by  Upazila  Engineer, LGED, Upazila Dhamrai, District, Dhaka.

You are thus requested to take following actions:
