This is to notify you that your Tender dated 10/05/2012 for the execution of the Works
for Re-Construction
of Rokonpur, Sonakandor & Motijheel Community School including
Furniture Supply under Package No.PEDP -III/PBN/ATG/2011-12/W1.0533 for
the Contract Price of Tk. = 1,69,51,246/63 ( One Core,Sixty
nine lac fifty one thousand two hundred
forty six & Paisa sixty three) only
as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers has been
approved by Additional Chief Engineer,LGED,Head Quarter,Dhaka. You are thus
requested to take following actions:
i.
Accept in
writing the Notification of Award within Seven(7) working days of its issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1
ii.
Furnish a
performance Security in the specified
format and in the amount of Tk:8,47,563/00
(In words :(Eight lac forty seven
thousand five hundred sixty three) only within fourteen (14) days of
issuance of this letter but not later than 14/08/2012
in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
iii.
Sign the
contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later
than 28/08/2012 in accordance with
ITT Clause 69.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks you
may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the
formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract
and all other documents for your perusal and signature .
