Notification of Award (Form PW 3-7)

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 23/04/12  for the execution of the Works for Reconstruction of   Bir Char Modhua GPS, Begamabad Community School ,Including Furnitur Supply,,Raipura,Narsingdi. Package no. PEDP-III/NRD/RAI/2011-12 /W1.0133 for the Contract Price of TK 1,07,58,611.65 (One crore seven Lac fifty eight thousand six hundred eleven taka and sixty five paisa) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Upazila Engineer ,LGED, Upazila, Raipura ,District  Narsingdi .

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

 

i.                     accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of

its issuance pursant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii              furnish a Performance Security in the from as specified and in the amount of Tk 5,37,931.00 (Five Lac Thirty seven thousand Nine hundred Thirty one) only . within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than ( date 13/09/2012) in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

 

i.                     sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than ( date 13/09/2012 ) in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

 

You May Proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. you may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you .

 

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature .

PEDP-III/NRD/RAI/2011-12 /W1.0134 for the Contract Price of TK 1,16,65,116.91 (One crore sixteen Lac sixty five thousand one hundred sixteen  taka and ninty one paisa) only. as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Upazila Engineer ,LGED, Upazila, Raipura ,District  Narsingdi .

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

 

i.                     accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of

its issuance pursant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

iii.                  sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than ( date 13/09/2012) in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

 

You May Proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. you may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you .
