This is to notify you that your Tender dated 10-07-2012 for the execution of the Works for Improvement of Palashbari Upazila HQ-Chatra GC via Kishoregari UP Office (Ch.4300-8250m), Road ID No.132672001 under Palashbari Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha, Tender No.38/2011-2012, Package No. LGED/SRIIP/GBD/W-001 for the Contract Price of Tk.3,42,72,396.95 (Taka three crore forty two lac seventy two thosuand three hundred ninety six and paisa ninety five only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/ SRIIP/137.2012/802, date: 11-09-2012.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.17,13,620.00 (Taka seventeen lac thirteen thousand six hundred twenty only) within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 20-09-2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 25-09-2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
