This is to notify you that your tender dated 17-05-2012 for the execution of the work for Construction of Additional Room(H.Extn.) in/c furniture supply at Aguria GPS, Construction of Additional Room(V.Extn.) in/c furniture supply at Sholakura Mamudpur & Construction of Additional Room(H.Extn.) in/c furniture supply at Delua Govt. Primary School, Package No. PEDP-III/SRJ/BEL/2011-12/W2.0766 for the contract price of Taka 1,14,87,922/64 ( Taka One crore forteen lac eighty seven thousand nine hundred twenty two & Paisa sixty four) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers is hereby accepted by the competent authority.

You are requested to proceed with the execution of the Works on the basis Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of a Contract, which shall only become binding upon you furnishing a performance security amounting to Tk. 5,75,000/00 (Taka five lac seventy five thousand) within 05(five) days, in accordance with ITT Clause 45, and signing the Contract Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days, in accordance ITT Clause 46.
