notify you that your Tender dated 28 August 2012 for the execution of the Works
for Construction
of 96.00m PSC Girder Bridge over Dholai
River at ch.1100m on Sukurullah
Gaon Road (Up to Guramara Turning ) Under Kamalganj Upazila for the Contract Price of Tk3,02,72,913.60
(Three Crore Two Lac Seventy two thousand nine
hundred thirteen and paisa sixty) only as corrected and modified in accordance
with the Instructions to Tenderers is hereby accepted
by the competent authority.
You are
requested to proceed with the execution of the Works on the basis that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of a Contract, which shall
become binding upon you furnishing a Performance Security amounting to Tk.15,13,700.00 (Fifteen Lac Thirteen thousand Seven
hundred) only (Validity
Period Unconditional) within
fourteen (14) days, in accordance with ITT Clause 53, and signing the Contract
Agreement within twenty one (21) days, in accordance with ITT Clause 54.

Contract Agreement and Particular Conditions of Contract for your perusal and
signature.
