This is to notify you that
your Tender dated 24-07-2011 for the execution of the Works for Construction of
Jatiya Mohila Sangstha Zilla Office Complex at Moulvibazar under Sadar
Upazila for Jatiya Mohila Sangstha Zilla Complex Project for the Contract Price of
Tk. 4,51,06,923.08 (Tk. Four Crore fifty
one lac six thousand nine hundred twenty three & paisa eight only ) as corrected and modified in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the
competent authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1.
ii Furnish a Performance Security in the
specified format and in the amount of Tk 22,55,500.00 (Tk. Twenty two lac fifty
five thousand five hundred only) (
Validity Period 01-03-2014 ) within
fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than on 30-09-2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
iii Sign the Contract
within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than
14-10-2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the
execution of the Construction of Jatiya Mohila Sangstha Zilla Office Complex at
Moulvibazar under Sadar Upazila only upon completion of the above tasks. You may
also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation
of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
