Notification of Award

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 13/08/2012 for the execution of the works for “Construction of Additional Room (Horizontal) for Primary school (Rural) including Furniture supply at (i) Zahajpura GPS (ii) Dakkhin Shilkhali GPS (iii) Shaparir Dwip Zaliapara Govt. Primary School under Teknaf Upazila, District: Cox’sBazar Package No. PEDP-III/CXB/TEK/2011-2012/W1.0039 for the Contract Price of Taka 1,21,88,739.92 (Taka One crore Twenty one Lac eighty eight Thousand seven Hundred thirty nine point nine two only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Upazila Engineer, LGED, Upazila : Teknaf, Dist: Cox’sBazar.

You are requested to take following actions.

i) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within (7) Seven days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1.

ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the specified and in the Amount of Tk. 6,09,500.00 (Taka Six Lac nine Thousand five Hundred Only.) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (18/10/2012), in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii) Sign the Contract Agreement within twenty eight (28) days in issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than (02/11/2012), in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 13/08/2012 for the execution of the works for Construction of Additional Room (Vertical) for Primary School (Rural) including Furniture supply at (i) Jadimura M. R. Reg. Primary School (ii) Rajar Chara Govt. Primary School under Teknaf Upazila, District: Cox’sBazar Package No. PEDP-III/CXB/TEK/2011-2012/W2.1341 for the Contract Price of Taka 50,16,332.32 (Taka Fifty Lac sixteen Thousand three Hundred thirty two point three two only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Upazila Engineer, LGED, Upazila : Teknaf, Dist: Cox’sBazar.

You are requested to take following actions.
