This is to notify you that your Tender dated 23/04/12  for the execution of the Works for Reconstruction of  Char Subuddi Moddhy Para GPS, Mohishber  GPS,  Kurer Par No-1 GPS ,  Including Furnitursupply,Raipura,Narsingdi. Package no. PEDP-III/NRD/RAI/2011-12 /W1.0132 for the Contract Price of TK 1,69,28,224.65 (One crore sixty nine Lac twenty eight thousand two hundred twinty four taka and sixty five paisa) only. as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Upazila Engineer ,LGED, Upazila, Raipura ,District  Narsingdi .

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

 

i.                     accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of

its issuance pursant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii              furnish a Performance Security in the from as specified and in the amount of Tk 8,46,412.00 (Eight Lac forty Six thousand four hundred Twelve) only . within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than ( date  13/09/2012) in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

 

ii.                    sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than ( date 13/09/2012) in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

 

You May Proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. you may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you .
