This is to notify you that your Tender dated 04/09/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Additional Room for Primary School(Rural) Including furniture Supply at Part-A(I): Barai chattal, Part-A(II) : Chandraganj & Part-A(III): Bhabani Jibanpur-1 GPS. Package No. PEDP-111/NKL/ BEG/2011-12/W2.0516 for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,20,64,761/89 (One Crore Twenty Lac Sixty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty One & Paisa Eighty Nine Only) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Upazilla Engineer, Begumgonj, Noakhali. 

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

 

i.                     accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1

ii.                    furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk. 6,04,000 (In Words : Six Lac  Four Thousand) only within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24/10/2012, in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii.                  sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 06/11/2012, in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

 

You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction of Additional Room for Primary School(Rural) Including furniture Supply at Part-A(I): Barai chattal, Part-A(II) : Chandraganj & Part-A(III): Bhabani Jibanpur-1 GPS only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

Package No. PEDP-111/NKL/ BEG/2011-12/W2.0988 for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,24,38,984/07 (One Crore Twenty Four Lac Thirty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four & Paisa Seven Only) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Upazilla Engineer, Begumgonj, Noakhali.
