Latest Date of Commencement: 06/11/2012. Date of Completion : 05/08/2013.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 16-07-2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Fathepur Pachim Union Parishad Complex Bhaban including Electrification, Tube-well, Sanitary Work, and Furniture Supply. Package no. 01 for the Contract Price of Taka 76,21,163.55 (Seventy Six Lac Twenty One Thousand One Hundred Sixty Three Point Fifty Five) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers Has been approved by Project Director,Union Parishad Complex Bhaban Project(2^nd Phase),LGED,LGED Bhaban,Agargaon,Shere-E-Bangla Nagar,Dhaka,1207.

You are requested to take follwing action:

a) accept in writing the notification of Award with in (7)days of its issuance pursuant ot ITT Sub Cluse 45

b) Furnish a performance security in the specified format and in the amount of tk 381060.00 (Three Lac Eithty One Thousand Sixty) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter by not later than 13/11/2012,in accordance with ITT Clause 46.1

c) Sign the contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than (27/11/2012) in accordance with ITT Clause 47.2

You may precede with the execution of the works for Construction of Fathepur Pachim Union Parishad Complex Bhaban including Electrification, Tube-well, Sanitary Work, and Furniture Supply upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that his notification of award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.
