This is to notify you that
your Tender dated 11/09/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction
of Additional Room for Primary School(Rural) Including furniture Supply at
Kazirhat, Dakkhin Latifpur & Karimpur GPS. Package No. PEDP-111/NKL/
BEG/2011-12/W2.0512 for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,07,57,340.85 (One Crore Seven Lac Fifty-Seven Thousand
Three Hundred Forty & Paisa Eighty Five Only) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to
Tenderers, has been approved by the Upazilla Engineer, Begumgonj,
Noakhali.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working
days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the
amount of Tk. 5,38,000.00 (In Words : Five Lac Thirty Eight Thousand) only within
fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later
than 30/10/2012, in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this
Notification of Award but not later than 14/11/2012, in accordance with
ITT Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the
execution of the Works for Construction of Additional
Room for Primary School(Rural) Including furniture Supply at Kazirhat, Dakkhin
Latifpur & Karimpur GPS
only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which
shall become binding upon you.
We attach the
draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
