This is to notify you that your Tender dated 27/08/2012 for the execution of the Works for construction of additional room (rural) including furniture supply of (a) PURBO BALLAV BISHU RNGPS (b) UTTAR SABDI RNGPS & (b) GODADHAR RNGPS (Package No- PEDP-III/RNP/KAU/2011-12/W2.1577) for the Contract Price of Tk. 77,89,206.45 (Taka Seventy Seven Lac Eighty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Six & Paisa Forty Five Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila Engineer, LGED, Upazila: Kaunia, District: Rangpur.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk. 3,89,500.00 ( Taka Three Lac Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Only) ,within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24.12.2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 31.12.2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 27/08/2012 for the execution of the Works for construction of additional room (rural) including furniture supply of (a) BOKULTOLA RNGPS (b) GOPIDANGA RNGPS & (b) DHUMARKUTI SHAIKH PARA RNGPS (Package No-PEDP-III/RNP/KAU/2011-12/W2.1578) for the Contract Price of Tk. 76,03,176.54 (Taka Seventy Six Lac Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Six & Paisa Fifty Four Only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila Engineer, LGED, Upazila: Kaunia, District: Rangpur.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

iv. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

v. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk. 3,80,200.00 ( Taka Three Lac Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Only) ,within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24.12.2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

vi. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 31.12.2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.
