This is to notify you that your
Tender Dated 31/10/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of
18.00m RCC Girder bridge over Torni khal on the Kamalerpara UP- Folia
bazar Road at ch: 1550m
under Saghata Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha. ID No.132883010, Tender No. 08/2012-2013,
Package No. GRDP/GAI/Brg/Saga/11-12/70
for the contract price Tk.1,13,16,000.00 (Taka one
crore thirteen lac sixteen thousand) only as
corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by competent authority.
You
are thus requested to take following actions :
(i) Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.
(ii) Furnish
a Performance Security in the amount Tk.5,65,800.00 (Taka five lac sixty five thousand
eight hundred) only within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this
Notification of Award but not letter than 26/12/2012 in accordance with ITT
Clause 37.2.
(iii) Sign
the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this
Notifications of Award but not later than 31/12/2012 in accordance with ITT Sub
Clause 40.1.
You may proceed with the execution of
the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note
that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract
which shall become binding upon you.
We
attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and
signature.
