This is to notify you that your Tender dated 13/11/2012 for the execution of the Works for SCR-50: Construction/Reconstruction of Pachim Palpara Regd. Primary School cum Proposed Cyclone Shelter connecting Road from Ch. 0+000 Km to Ch. 0+875 Km at Hizla Upazila. SCR-51: Construction/Reconstruction of East Nazirpur Government Primary School cum Proposed Cyclone Shelter connecting Road from Ch. 0+000 Km to Ch. 1+566 Km at Muladi Upazila. SCR-52: Construction/Reconstruction of Char Batamara Connecting Road from Motalleb Shikder House to Tin Rasta More from Ch. 0+000 K to Ch. 2+500 Km at Muladi Upazila  for the Acepted Contract Amount of the equivalent of Taka.5,48,00,535.45 (Five core forty eight lac five hundred thirty five point four five), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Executive Engineer.

 

You are thus requested to take following actions.

 

i.                    accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii.                  furnish a  Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.27,41,000/00, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 23/01/2013, in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii.                Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 28/01/2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Cluase 69.2.

 

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note than this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.

You are thus requested to take following actions.

 

i     accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1

ii    furnish a  Performance Security in the amount of Tk.33,31,000/- within Seven(7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 15/10/2012, in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2

iii   Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 22/10/2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Cluase 40.1

 

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note than this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.
