This is to notify that your Tender dated 18/09/2012 for the execution of the works Constn.Of Ekdala Purbapara/Janpur/Sabbisha Bahuli GPS including Electrification ,Toilet,Tube-well and supply of furniture under Upazila Sadar,District : Sirajgonj, package No. PEDP-III/ SRJ/ SAD/ 2011-12/W2.0296 for the contract price of TK.1,16,67,260.51 (Taka. One Core Sixteen lac sixty seven thousand two hundred sixty & Paisa fifty one) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instruction to tenderers has been approved by the authority.

You are requested to take following action :

1) Accept in writing the Notification of Award with7(seven) days of its

issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 63.1

2) Furnish a performance Security in the specified format and in the amount TK.5,83,364.00(Taka Five lac eighty three thousand three hundred sixty four) only of issuance of this letter but not later than 17/12/2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65

3) Sign the contract within Twenty Eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 23/12/2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of works for Constn.Of Ekdala Purbapara/Janpur/Sabbisha Bahuli GPS including Electrification, Toilet, Tube-well and supply of furniture under Upazila Sadar, District: Sirajgonj upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.
