This is to notify you that your Tender dated 14-11-2012 for the execution of the works for (a) Construction of additional Class room (Horizontial-Ext.) for CHASHA PARA GPS (b) Construction of additional Class room (Vertical-Ext.) for KANAK SREE GPS.Sadar Dakshin Upazilla. Package No: PEDP-III/CML/ SOU/ 2012-13/ W2.2003 for the Contract Price of TK= 88,36,750/- (Taka Eighty Eight Lac Thrity Six thousand Seven hundred Fifty ) only. As corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to tenders,has been approved by the Authority of Additional Chief Engineer, LGED,Dhaka, Memo No:LGED/PEDP-III/D-5/2012 (part-130 )/94 date : 07-01-2013

You are thus requested to take following actions:

I. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub Clauses 63.1

II. Furnish a performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of TK. 4,45,000 /-( Taka. Four lac Forty Five

thousand ) only within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later th an 29-01-2013 in

accordance with ITT sub Clauses 65.

III. Sign the contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 12-02-2013 in

accordance with ITT sub Clauses 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
