This is to notify you that your Tender dated 28-11-2012
for the execution of the Works for Construction of Additional Room (Horizontial) for
Primary School (Urban) Including Furniture Supply for Poschim Khamar Dasalia
RNGPS & Patanocha GPS , Under Sadullapur Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha, Tender No.12/2012-2013, Package No. PEDP-III/GBD/2012-13/W2.1837 for the Contract Price of Tk.1,07,27,814.96 (Taka one crore seven lac twenty seven thousand eight hundred fourteen
and paisa ninety six only) as corrected and modified in accordance with
the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by competent
authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working
days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
Furnish a Performance
Security in the form as specified and in
the amount of Tk.5,36,400.00 (Taka five
lac thirty six thousand four hundred only) within forteen (14) days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 08-01-2013 in accordance with
iii.
Sign the Contract within twenty
eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 15-01-2013
in accordance with
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which
shall become binding upon you.

for your perusal and signature.
