Notification of Award (Form PW3-7)

This is to notify you that
your Tender dated 20/11/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Additional Room for Primary
School(Rural) Including furniture Supply at Part-A(I): Chayani, Part-A(II) :
Krishno rampur & Part-A(III): Sridharpur GPS. Package No.
PEDP-111/NKL/BEG/2011-12/W2.0515 for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,14,72,888/20
(One Crore Fourteen Lac Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Eight &
Paisa Twenty ) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Upazilla Engineer,
Begumgonj, Noakhali.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working
days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the
amount of Tk. 5,74,000 (In Words : Five Lac
Seventy Four Thousand) only within fourteen (14) days of acceptance
of this Notification of Award but not later than 13/02/2013,
in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this
Notification of Award but not later than 27/01/2013, in accordance with
ITT Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the
execution of the Works for Construction
of Additional Room for Primary School(Rural) Including furniture Supply at
Part-A(I): Chayani, Part-A(II) : Krishno rampur & Part-A(III): Sridharpur GPS only upon completion of the
above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
