is to notify you that your Tender dated on 29/01/2013 for the execution of the Works Construction
of 54.00m RCC Gider bridge over Dhania khal on Matiranga— Taikatang Road via
kamini member para and digendra para karbari para road at ch.0+500km (Matiranga)
for the Contract Price of Tk.
1,58,81,319.54(Taka-One Crore Fifty-Eight-Lacs Eighty-One
Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen &
Paisa Five Four Only) as corrected and modified in accordance
with the Instructions to Tenderers is hereby accepted by the Authority.
You are requested to proceed with the execution of
the Works on the basis that this Notification of Award shall constitute the
formation of a Contract, which shall become binding upon you furnishing a Performance Security of Tk.
7,95,000.00(Taka-Seven Lacs Ninety-Five Thousand Only ) which is 5% of the
Contract Price in the form of Pay Order/ Bank Draft/Bank guarantee
accordance with ITT Clause 31 and signing the Contract Agreement within 20/03/13 in accordance with ITT Clause
32. We attach the Contract Agreement and
Particular Conditions of Contract for your perusal and signature.
