is to notify you that your Tender dated 02-01-2013 for the execution of the
Works for Rehabilitation and Periodic Maintenance of Kamalgonj HQ-Munshibazar
GC Road (Ch. 0 + 000 – 7+ 000Km Under Kamalgonj
Upazila for Rural Transport Improvement
Project (RTIP-II) for the Contract Price of Tk. 3,01,78,155.00 (Tk. Three Crore one lac seventy eight
thousand one hundred fifty five only )
as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by the competent authority.
You
are thus requested to take following actions:
i
Accept in writing the
Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to
PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(3).
ii Furnish
a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 15,90,000.00
(Tk. Fifteen lac ninety thousand only) (
Validity Period Unconditional ) within
fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than on 17-02-2013
in accordance with PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(7).
iii Sign the Contract within twenty eight
(28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than
07-03-13accordance with PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(11).
You may proceed with the execution of the Works for
