This is to notify you that your Tender dated 04-02-13
for the execution of the Works for Construction of Hydraulic Structures and
related works of Jag Chhara Sub-Project (SP ID-33101) under Sreemongal Upazila, District :
Moulvibazar for Small Scale Water Resources Development Project in Greater
Mymensingh, Sylhet and Faridpur Areas (SSWRDP-JICA ) for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,79,33,573.67 (Tk. One
Crore Seventy nine lac thirty three thousand five hundred seventy three &
Paisa sixty seven only ) as corrected
and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been
approved by the competent authority.
You
are thus requested to take following actions:
i
Accept in writing the
Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 36.1
ii Furnish
a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 17,93,500.00
(Tk. Seventeen lac ninety three thousand five hundred only ) within 7 (Seven )
working days of acceptance of the Notification of Award but not latter than on 12-03-13 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2 (
Validity Period Unconditional )
iii Sign
the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification
of Award but not latter than 19-03-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1
You may proceed with the execution of the works for Construction
of Hydraulic Structures and related works of Jag Chhara Sub-Project (SP ID-33101) under Sreemongal Upazila only upon completion of the above tasks. You may
also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation
of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all
other documents for your perusal and signature.
