This
is to notify you that your Tender dated 16-01-2013 for the execution of the
Works for Construction ofn 20.00m RCC Girder Bridge at Ch.9420m on
Bhunabir-Shamshergonj-Athangiri Road Under
Sreemongal Upazila for Upazila Road Development
Project for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,02,18,900.06 (Tk. One Crore two lac eighteen thousand nine
hundred & paisa six only ) as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by the competent authority.
You
are thus requested to take following actions:
i
Accept in writing the
Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to
PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(3).
ii Furnish
a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 5,11,000.00
(Tk. Five lac eleven thousand only) ( Validity Period Unconditional ) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of
this letter but not later than on 19-02-2013 in accordance with PPR-2008 Rule
No. 102(7).
iii Sign the Contract within twenty eight
(28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than
05-03-13 accordance with PPR-2008 Rule No. 102(11).
You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction
ofn 20.00m

other documents for your perusal and signature.
