Notification of Award

 

To,

            This is to notify you that your Tender Dated 29/01/2013 for the execution of the Works for Construction work of 60.00m RCC Girder Bridge over Chothol Bill on Barokona (FRB) – Bangabari Kheya ghat road at ch: 4300.00m under Saghata Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha. (Road ID-132883003), Tender No. 14/2012-2013, Package No. GRDP/GAI/ Brg/ Saga/10-11/42 for the contract price Tk.2,41,46,608.44 (Taka two crore forty one lac forty six thousand six hundred eight and paisa forty four) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers has been approved by the Project Director, Greater Rangpur & Dinajpur District Rural Communication & Other Infrastructure Improvement Project (GRDP), LGED,  H/Q,  Dhaka  vide Memo no. LGED/PD(GRDP)/T-05/2010/137; Dated: 19-03-2013.

 

You are thus requested to take following actions :           

 

(i)         Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1.

(ii)        Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.12,07,331.00 (Taka twelve lac seven thousand three hundred thirty one) only, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 21/04/2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

(iii)       Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notifications of Award but not later than 28/04/2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

 

            You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

           

            We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
