the Contract Price of Tk. 1,08,67,758.51 (
One crore eight lack sixty seven
thousand seven hundred fifty eight and paisa fifty one) Only as corrected and modified in accordance
with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been Accepted by Upazila Engineer,
LGED, Upzila: Galachipa,District: Patuakhli.
You are thus
requested to take following actions:
i.
Accept in writing the Notification of Award
within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk-5,43,400/-
(Five lakh forty three thousand four hundred) only ,within fourteen (14)
days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 05-03-2013, in accordance

Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of
issuance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 19-03-2013, in accordance with

proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the
