This
is to notify you that your Tender received dated 13/03/2013 for the execution of the Works for (a) Improvement
of Ghior GC Ulail bazar via Terosree (Ghior Portion) road (Ch. 2900-5270m) (b)
Construction of 1 no. 2x4.30x 4.30m RCC box culvert at the same road at ch.
3000m under Ghior Upazila, Dist: Manikganj (ID No.356223009) Package No. IRIDP/MNK/W-76
under IRIDP for the contract price of
Tk. 1,64,57,700.00 (One Crore
Sixty four Lac Fifty seven Thousand Seven Hundred only) as corrected and
modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by
the competent authority.
You are thus requested to take
following actions:
i Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.
ii To furnish a Performance Security as
a Bank Guarantee or deposit Tk.
8,22,900.00 ( Eight Lac Twenty two Thousand Nine Hundred only) by Chalan on
Code No. 6-3731-0000-8391 at Sonali Bank Ltd. Manikgonj Branch, Manikgonj as
Performace Security against the said within Seven (7) working days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 13/05/2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.
iii. To sign the Contract within Fourteen (14) working days of
issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 13/05/2013 in accordance
with ITT Clause 40.1
You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon
completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification
of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become
binding upon you. You will Submit a Work plan with the contract agreement.
