This is to notify you that your Tender dated 04-03-2013 for the execution of the Works for Improvement of (a) Gangarampur UP-Titukhali Hat  road (Ch: 00-1400m & 4790-7050m) (b) Construction of 0.625m x 0.600m 1 no U-drain Culvert at Ch: 15m under Batiaghata  upazila, Khulna. Package No. IRIDP/KLN/W-126 for the Contract Price of Tk.  2,19,05,596/- (Tk. Two Crore Nineteen Lac Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Six only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the competent authority.

 

 

You are thus requested to take following actions :

 

 

 

i.                     accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to  ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii.                   furnish a performance Security in the amount of Tk. 10,96,000/- (Tk. Ten Lac Ninety Six Thousand only) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24/04/2013  in accordance with ITT Clause  65.

iii.                  sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than  06/05/2013  in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2

 

You may proceed with the execution of the works for of  Improvement of (a) Gangarampur UP-Titukhali Hat  road (Ch: 00-1400m & 4790-7050m) (b) Construction of 0.625m x 0.600m 1 no U-drain Culvert at Ch: 15m under Batiaghata  upazila, Khulna. only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

 

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

 

Performance Security should be valid for at least 365 Days.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 04-03-2013 for the execution of the Works for  Construction of 17.00m RCC Grider Bridge over Moyur River on Mathabhanga road at Ch: 640m (BWDB embankment – Rupsha bridge approach road)  under Batiaghata upazila, District- Khulna. Package No. UIDP(KBS)/VR/Structure-01/Khul/12-13 for the Contract Price of  Tk. 1,12,28,578/- (Tk. One Crore Twelve Lac Twenty Eight Thousand Five Hundred  Seventy Eight only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by by the competent authority.

 

 

You are thus requested to take following actions :

 

 

 

iv.                 accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to  ITT Sub Clause 63.1

v.                   furnish a performance Security in the amount of Tk.  5,62,000/- (Tk. Five Lac Sixty Two Thousand only) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 30/04/2013  in accordance with ITT Clause  65.

vi.                 sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than  05/05/2013  in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2
