This is to notify you that your Tender dated 22/01/2013 for the execution of the Works for Improvement of Halsha UP Office - Borobaria Hat via Sayed more road from Ch- 5500m - 8800m, under Natore Sadar Upazila, Dist: Natore for the Package No- LGED/SRIIP/NTR/W-010 for the Contract Price of Tk. 2,23,43,838.47 (Tk. Two Core Twenty Three Lac Forty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Eight & Paisa Forty Seven ) Only, as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by proper authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to

ITT Sub Clause 36.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the amount of Tk. 11,20,000.00 ( Eleven Lac Twenty Thousand) Only,

within fourteen (14) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award in accordance with

ITT Clause 37.2

iii. Sign the Contract within Twenty Eight (28) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award in

accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also

please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become

binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
