This is to notify you that your Tender dated 13-03-2013 for the execution of the Works for Improvement Sreepur (Khamarpara) GC -
Alypur RHD road (Ch: 00-3500m) UZR, Package No: LGED/SRIIP/MGR/W-073 for the Contract Price of Tk 2,73,41,108.44 (Two Core Seventy Three Lac Forty One Thousand One
Hundred Eight taka & Paisa Fourty Four ) as corrected and
modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been
approved by Md. ALi Akter
Hossain, Project Director, SRIIP, LGED H/Q, Dhaka vide memo No:
LGED/PD/SRIIP/192.2013/ 387, Date: 29-04-2013.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within
seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
Furnish a
Performance Security in the form as specified and in
the amount of Tk. 13,68,000.00 (Thirteen lac sixty Eight Thousand) ,within Seven (7) working days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 20-05-2013,
in accordance with
iii. Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance
of this Notification of Award but not
later than 26-05-2013,
in accordance with
You may proceed with the execution of the Works Improvement
Sreepur (Khamarpara) GC - Alypur RHD road (Ch: 00-3500m) UZR, only upon
completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification
of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become
binding upon you.
