This is to notify you that
your Tender received dated 08/04/2013 for
the execution of the Works for Construction of
120.00m PC Girder bridge Over chakmirpur
kalibari koom Near chakmirpur
Market On Daulatpur –kolia hat Road. at
ch. 00+980.00m.under Daulatpur Upazila, Dist: Manikganj (Remaining Work).Package No. PSB-JP/MAN/ W-118 under The portable Steel Bridge on Upazila & Union road (PSB) for the
contract price of Tk. 3,15,28,504.69 (Three Crore Fifteen Lac Twenty eight Thousand Five Hundred Four &
Paisa Sixty nine only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to
Tenderers, has been approved by the competent
authority.
You are thus requested to take
following actions:
i Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.
ii To furnish a Performance Security as
a Bank Guarantee or deposit
Tk.15,76,500.00 ( Fifteen Lac Seventy six Thousand Five Hundred only) by
Chalan on Code No. 6-3731-0000-8391 at Sonali Bank Ltd. Manikganj Branch,
Manikganj as Performace Security against the said within Seven (7) working days
of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19-05-2013
in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.
iii. To sign the Contract within Fourteen (14) working days of
issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19-05-2013 in
accordance with ITT Clause 40.1
You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon
completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification
of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become
binding upon you. You will Submit a Work plan with the contract agreement.
