Sums Tk. 950.00 = Tk.9,50,000.00 (Tk. Nine
lac fifty thousand) only i.e. 5% (Five Percent) Less than the Offical Estimated Amount Tk. 10,01,000.00 -
Provisional Sums Tk. 1,000.00 = Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Tk. Ten lac) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the undersigned.

are thus requested to take following actions t

accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7(seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 36.1. |

ii. |
furnishing a Performance Security in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order or an irrevocable Bank Guarantee {Irrevocable Bank Guarantee should be valid for a period not less than 150 (One hundred fifty days)} and in the amount of Tk. 48,000.00 (Tk. Forty eight thousand) only, within 7 (Seven) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 09-04-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2. |

sign the Contract within 14 (Fourteen) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 09-04-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1 (Please attach one copy of your attested present passport size Photographs with contract documents & Contract will be signed in a Non-judicial Stamp of Tk.300.00). |

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
