This is to notify you that your Tender dated on 12-03-2013 for the execution of the works for Construction of Additional Class Room (Rural) of (a). Dakhin Durakuti GPS (Horizontal), (b). Bajedumurai 01 No.GPS (Horizontal) & (c).Kishamat Dhaijan A.Mazid GPS (Horizental) including Furniture Supply under Kishoregonj Upazila, District :Nilphamari for Package No. PEDP-III/NLP/KIS/2012-13/W2.1876 for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,61,98,560.62 (One Crore Sixty One Lac Ninety Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Sixty & Paisa Sixty Two) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers,  has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, H/Q.Dhaka-1207 vide Memo No. LGED/PEDP-3/D-5/2012(Part-258)/2637  Dated:

17-04-2013.

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

 

i).         Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to

ITT Sub-clause.63.1.

 

ii).        Furnish  a Performance  Security  in  the  form  as specified and in the amount of Tk. 8,09,930.00     

             (Taka.Eighty Lac Nine Thousand  Nine Hundred Thirty ) only within Fourteen (14) days of acceptance

             of  this Notification of Award  but not  later  than  19-05-2013 in  accordance with ITT Clause 65. 

             

 

iii).       Sign  the Contract  within  twenty  Eight (28) days  of  issuance  of  this Notification  of Award  but not     

      later than  02-06-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause.69.2.

 

 

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

 

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
