This is to notify you that your Tender dated 14 November 2012 for the execution of the Works for Re-construction of 08(eight) nos. Primary School Building including Furniture supply, Electrification and Sanitary works. Package No. PEDP(IDB)/MKJ/W1.11 under Primary Education Development Project (IDB) [BD-0161] for the Contract Price of BDT TK. 8,48,48,774.24 [Eight Crore Fourty-eight Lac Fourty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-four & Paisa Twenty four Only ] as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its Issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 60.4

ii furnish a Performance Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee as specified and in the amount of BDT TK.84,85,000.00 (Eighty-four Lac Eighty-five Thousand Only) within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 16.06.2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 63.2.

iii sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 16.06.2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 65.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
